[attr="class","defaulttext"]As Simple and Clean is approaching a month old, it’s time to expand the staff team. If you’d like to take a more active role in helping out the site then please read the descriptions of the three staff positions below to see if either call out to you.
Regardless of what role you pick, there are certain things that all staff members would need to do.
In my opinion, this is one of the most -- if not the most -- important general mod position. You will be in charge of recruiting for the site and making sure that our site name is out there and known. People hear about new sites through advertising, and through organized, non-spammed advertising.

However - Advertising is also something that requires time. Not a lot honestly, maybe 15 to 20 minutes a day, but it’s a time commitment you’re making every day. There is work involved with looking for new sites, making sure we haven’t already advertised, keeping track of where our ads are, and if you feel like you won’t find any enjoyment from knowing you’re helping the site then this won’t be a good fit for you. I would rather keep this mod spot open instead of filling it with someone who would be reluctant to do it.

The goal would be for 15-20 ads a day to be posted.[break][break]
You would read over and review applications posted on site. If you notice any glaringly obvious errors, a pending banner would be posted and your review would be PMd to the member. If the application seems fine, you would inform me so I can read it over. This isn’t because I don’t trust you! -- I would like both of us to read over every app and okay it to make sure that one of us isn’t missing some.

You would be in charge of planning events and activities for members. The job of controlling most NPCs would be split between myself and you.[break][break]
While in the future you may be able to apply for multiple staff positions, currently I would say for you to only tackle one at a time. So just think about which one calls out to you most of all, fill out the form people, and shoot me a PM!

- Creation of a staff account/staff name: This is to separate your staff stuff from your IC stuff. The theme is Dream Eaters for the site currently.
- Greeting guests in cbox: Simple as it sounds, just keeping an eye out for the cbox, greeting guests, and directing them to any places on the site they might need if they have questions.
- Answering general member questions: If I’m not around and someone else has a question, it would fall on you to answer it, even if the answer is just ‘I’m not sure! But I’ll make sure Komory gets back to you about this later.’
- Member Requests: which includes locking and moving threads, updating histories, fulfilling shop requests (once fully open), etc.
