The Destiny Islands were all he knew. All he thought he would ever know. At least that was what Sora thought as he grew up alongside his best friend Riku. Even then that was all before the appearance of the girl Kairi. She just appeared one day on the shore without any memory of who she was so he offered to be her friend, to let the duo become a trio. [break][break]
Soon enough it felt natural to have Kairi around... and familiarity turned into something more. He was attracted to her, Sora knew that even if he didn't really understand what that feeling was. It was also thanks to Kairi that his sights became set on a world outside of the Islands he knew. But he didn't realize until it was too late.[break][break]
Didn't realize that everything was about to change.[break][break]
Riku and Kairi... he lost them. He lost them and ended up somewhere that he didn't even knew existed. A world outside his island. It was a place he wanted to be, but he also wanted to be there with Kairi and Riku. There was where his destiny kicked off; meeting Donald and Goofy as well as realizing he was the 'Key'. A 'Keyblade Wielder'.[break][break]
Flying all across the worlds with his friends, trying to find and save Kairi and Riku, that was what his life became. At least until arriving at Hollow Bastion where he reunited with Riku before his Keyblade was stolen by the person he thought was a friend. He had to fight through the castle to find them again, earning back his Keyblade before heading off to take on Maleficent... only Riku was there?! Then Kairi's heart turned out to be inside him and...[break][break]
Well it was pretty confusing.[break][break]
In the end Riku disappeared with Ansem who was controlling his body and Sora left to find him after leaving Kairi behind. Riku was trapped on the other side of the Door to Darkness alongside King Mickey and Sora helped seal them in.[break][break]
But that was only just the beginning.[break][break]
There was Castle Oblivion, but Sora didn't remember any of that. All he did remember was waking up inside this pod with Donald and Goofy before rushing out to the place called Traverse Town. Then they went to see Master Yen Sid who explained about the Nobodies and Organization XIII... so he agreed to go and fight them all off. Stop them just like always! But each time he met a member of the Organization they kept trying to get him to remember 'Roxas'. [break][break]
He realized who that was far too late.[break][break]
When he met up with Riku again in the World that Never Was... he wasn't Riku. He had a different face which Sora thought was the person at first. Then it became clear that he'd finally, finally FINALLY found Riku after all this time. So they would team up and take down Xehanort successfully. But that fight wasn't over.[break][break]
The Mark of Mastery Exam. He was gonna take it with Riku and Sora was confident that they'd both pass. But he was manipulated by Xehanort and in the end got trapped inside his own dream, only to be rescued by Riku. It was Riku who was given the Master title but... well if he still had more to learn then he still had more to learn right?![break][break]
In an instant it was all gone.[break][break]
With no memories of who he really was, Sora was now 'Sora Leonhart' with a father and - as i turned out - a large family. Two twin brothers! He didn't care if they came from an affair because they were his brothers and he'd never had one before! But... he missed Riku being close to him. Like when they were kids.
